Our Vision
The Lauderdale County Health Council is building a visionary, community‑focused resource center known simply as The HUB—a central place where residents can access the supports, information, and services they need to live healthier, more resilient lives. Rooted in a 20‑year history of collaboration and community action, The HUB brings together health, education, social services, workforce development, and wellness resources all under one roof.
Our Mission
To create a centralized, accessible resource hub that connects Lauderdale County residents with health, social, educational, and economic opportunities. By strengthening partnerships across sectors, The HUB ensures individuals’ social needs are met—leading to healthier people and a stronger community.
The name HUB reflects our mission:

- B — Benefits for individuals, families, and the county as a whole

Our Funding
The HUB a Lauderdale Resource is funded by a Tennessee Department of Health HRP Grant Approval. We have received approval for a reimbursable 3-year grant.
Our Commitment
Our fiscal sponsor is Betah Group Inc. (betahgroupinc.org. Dr. Simpfronia Taylor is President and CEO.
Our seed funding is from Security Bank (Ripley TN) supporting our efforts as we grow this essential community asset.
